Cheng Jian was fishing near Penghu, Taiwan when he had a close encounter to what is seems to be Flubber, the Disney green spongy creature!

The green thingy turn out to be some kind of Nemertea or ?ribbon worm?. It uses his long tongue to hunt its pray. The long tongue has enough venom to stun small prey and can even be parasitic.
