The Ferretti Group announced the creation of a new yacht, the Navetta 42, which will be launched in 2018.

The model will be the largest of the Custom Line and the first member of the family with more than 300 tons. The project is a product of the Studio Zuccon under the guidance of the Strategic Committee of the Ferretti Group and it's being developed by the shipyard engineering department.

The Navetta 42 will offer in its four decks large spaces for the owner and guests. The exterior and interior are customizable, as all models of the line. On the main deck it's the master suite, while at the lower deck is also possible to receive four VIP cabins or five normal cabins.

The captain will have a private cabin on the upper deck with direct access to the command post, while the area of the crew can be mounted with up to seven beds.

The yacht will provide complete privacy for the owner and guests, and great freedom of movement for the captain and the rest of the crew. The stern area consists of a huge beach club at sea level, devoted to rest, thanks to the side opening of the garage and launching of tenders and other toys.

The Custom Line Navetta 42 is available with five different engine options, between 1,400 and 1,825 Mhp. It will be able to ensure a range of over 3000 nautical miles at economical cruising speed of 10 knots (preliminary data).
