China is developing submarines able to descend to 11,000 meters deep and hit the spot deeper planet - the Mariana Trench in the Pacific.
The project is part of a Chinese effort advanced technological resources development focused on the scientific exploration. Another example of this policy is the colossal radio telescope built in China which will be ready in September.
But submarine technology is generating criticism due to the fact of being in Beijing territorial dispute of islands and seas with several nations. It is seen as an effort to obtain maritime supremacy region.
