Perini Navi has today announced that their latest 70-metre superyacht is now out of the shed in their facilities in La Spezia, Italy. Named Sybaris, the all aluminium vessel has been designed by the in-house team at Perini Navi, with naval architecture consultation and sail plan optimisation from Philippe Briand. With a GT of 870, she is the second largest sailing vessel ever built by the Italian brand, Gemma Fottles from SuperYacht Times reports.
Her interior design was undertaken by the U.S. studio PH Design, who have utilised high-quality materials such as titanium into both the structural and aesthetic design.
Outside, her 18-metre long flybridge provides an equally welcoming area for relaxation and entertainment.
In addition to her generous living and entertainment areas both inside and out, Sybaris also comes with two 7 metre carbon fibre tenders, as well as a 4.5-metre rescue tender. Her main deck features an expansive guest area which connects seamlessly to the cockpit by way of a 4-metre wide sliding door.
