CharterWorld brings happy news that yacht Aquarius (Project Touchdown) has been officially launched to celebration by Feadship at their Aalsmeer yard in the Netherlands.
Initially work began on the 92 meter boat (301?10?) at the Scheepswerft Slob yard in Germany before, in June 2015, her hull was relocated to the Dutch shipyard Feadship for finishing.
Sinot Yacht Design of the Netherlands designed the yacht?s exterior and interior while De Voogt was the naval architect.

Superyacht Aquarius can accommodate 12 guests in 6 staterooms or suites. The owner?s upper deck suite is joined by and 5 VIP staterooms forward on the main deck. The Owner Suite is enhanced with a separate his and her bathroom, a massage room, a media room and a private balcony.
The superyacht is Steve Wynn?s, of Wynn Resorts, latest boat replacing his previous 67-meter Aquarius for an unknown cost. It is not known the price of the yacht or what is was sold for.
The private yacht?s twin MTU 16V4000M63L (2240 kW @ 1800 rpm) engines propel her at a top speed of 17 knots with a cruising speed of 12 knots. This gives an effective range of 5500 nautical miles.
A yacht of this caliber offers many remarkable features but one of the best is a bar and lounge area at sea level which is located under the glass bottom pool. Her capabilities are further enhanced by a helicopter landing pad, a gym and a beauty salon. A Jacuzzi pool and large outdoor deck spaces round off the notable offerings.
