Meet the ?SeaVault?, a project by property owner and developer Homero Meruelo.
The project consists in 14 private, covered slips ? all of them with their own three-level captain and crew quarters.
It will be placed at 583 Northwest 24th Avenue, and will include a pool, clubhouse, tennis court, cold storage building and private parking.
?I know of no other facility in the world where the owner and captain, as well as the crew, can stand behind a two-story glass wall inside their quarters and look right at their vessel, all under the same roof,? Meruelo?s representative Tony Rodriguez-Tellaheche said at the meeting.
And he?s right, this project will break with every scheme we had about previous yacht facilities.
