"This yacht is what we?ve all been waiting for: a unique 41m beauty that was delivered this year fresh to the charter market. If anything is going to turn heads this summer, it?s Ruya, which means ?dream? in Turkish." The editor of The Gentleman's Journal reports.
Her striking exterior and beautiful interior saw her win 2 awards at the 2016 ShowBoat Design Awards. The outdoors is bought inside, helped by the use of indigenous materials such as bamboo and Australian silky oak, which create a wonderfully luxurious yet comfortable living environment.
Australian designer Sam Sorgiovanni has managed to encapsulate the brief for a casual yet sophisticated, spacious and luxurious interior. The challenging and thought-provoking landscape of the Australian Outback is highlighted throughout every space, whether it?s through artwork or interiors.
The sundeck is designed to be the hub of Ruya and boasts a vast, 93-metre-square sundeck complete with a bar, barbecue, 10-man jacuzzi and gym. And when Ruya is at anchor, members on board can take to the Sea-Doos, waterskis, wakeboards, SeaBobs, paddle boards, snorkelling gear and inflatables.
