This is a fabulous example of the dangers inexperienced boaters inadvertently putting themselves in harms way around larger vessels.

No one is pointing fingers for the pleasure cruiser stalling out, but to not have a lifejacket on and not knowing what and where your anchor lines are is inexcusable.

Thankfully for all involved, this was a near miss and not a direct hit.
