This is the uneasy moment a large four-by-four truck with canoes atop and a boat attached attempts to cross an extremely rickety bridge in Brazil.

As the daredevil driver navigates his way across the river there are many nail-biting moments where it looks like the bridge could snap in two.

The delicate structure seems to be made of bendy planks of wood supported by thin poles and held together with flimsy rope - which seem unlikely to be able to hold the weight of the truck.

The bridge is as narrow as it is precarious - with just enough room to fit the hefty truck and its trailer.

But the brave driver gives a thumbs up to the camera as he navigates on to the first section.

A minute in, it is clear the driver has a treacherous journey ahead as the camera reveals an expansive river below.
